This position requires deep understanding of supply chain technologies, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to shape the strategic direction of solutions to meet customer needs.**Key Responsibilities:*** Act as a primary advisor to clients, providing deep functional and technical guidance for Blue Yonder's supply chain solutions.* Understand customers' business challenges and objectives to tailor solutions that deliver significant value.* Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, development, and sales, to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives.* Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.* Contribute to the functional design of new features and enhancements within Blue Yonder's product suite.* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into solution offerings.**Technical Environment:*** Extensive experience with digital supply chain management solutions, including planning, execution, and omni-channel commerce.* Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in supply chain processes.* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their impact on supply chain solutions.* Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.* Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
