JOB SUMMARY The product line manager intern is an energetic, passionate, and driven individual who will be responsible for assisting the product line managers in growing KIOTI’s position in the marketplace. This role will work directly with product line managers in reviewing KIOTI’s current and in development product competitiveness in the marketplace regarding pricing, performance, features, and options to help drive future product strategy and ensure successful new product launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Evaluate current product competitiveness in the marketplace by reviewing
Pricing
Performance
Features
Options
Evaluate products in development to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
Collaborate with other departments to help drive successful new product launches
Review market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Research new technologies and assist in developing strategies to implement new technologies to enhance end user experiences
Assist product line managers in identifying and implementing solutions to positively impact product and/or brand perception
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled at accredited college or university and in good academic standing
Pursuing bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, engineering, agriculture, or life sciences
Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs and operate equipment
