Sales Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a GPU Sales Operations Analyst to support their AI/HPC Hardware Sales and Business Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process commercial documents, maintain CRM hygiene, and support supply sourcing Handle export compliance and shipping logistics, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipments Analyze sales data and produce reports to support business development and strategy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, logistics, or an administrative role in a technology or hardware environment Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and international shipping documentation Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and experience in data management Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
