Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with lending partners and develop a diversified network Oversee the full origination pipeline, ensuring performance targets are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lending workflows and support scalable growth
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in lending, fintech, specialty finance, or marketplace lending Strong grounding in commercial credit and underwriting Experience managing lending pipelines from application to funded loan Demonstrated track record in building and securing lending partnerships Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
