A company is looking for a Senior Travel Underwriter for a 9-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the travel insurance portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth objectives are met Support the development and monitoring of policy wordings, underwriting rules, and guidelines Analyze data to make informed underwriting decisions and provide forecasting to internal and carrier partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of insurance and underwriting experience, preferably in Accident & Health or travel Experience managing underwriting and reinsurance referrals Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing profitable business Experience within the Lloyd's underwriting environment, preferably with delegated authorities Independent mindset capable of managing portfolio responsibilities with minimal supervision
