Key Responsibilities
Oversee land and lease administration, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulatory requirements Establish standardized processes for transitioning land agreements from Development to Asset Management Lead negotiations and manage risks associated with landowner relationships and agreements
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in real estate, land management, or related fields Experience supporting energy infrastructure projects across development and operations Proven track record managing large, complex portfolios of land leases or real property assets Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of lease structures and compliance requirements Experience building and leading high-performing teams
