Key Responsibilities
Complete utilization review functions for admitted patients, including communication with payors and processing denials Document payor determinations, authorization details, and follow up on accounts as directed Maintain relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate the review process and communicate workflow issues to leadership
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in a healthcare setting One year of payor relations experience One year of administrative or clerical experience preferred Knowledge of third-party payers required
