A company is looking for an Underwriter III.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze loan submissions to make final underwriting determinations Collaborate with Lending Teams to find solutions for difficult loan files Provide training and support to team members and assist in the orientation of new personnel
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred 5+ years of underwriting experience with conforming and non-conforming loans Experience in the mortgage banking industry with Jumbo Loans and/or Government Products is a plus FHA and/or VA Designations required Technical experience with underwriting software and systems is necessary
