Key Responsibilities
Underwrite commercial lending opportunities, including working capital lines of credit and equipment finance Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applications and make credit recommendations to minimize risk Prepare and present credit approval memos in collaboration with relationship managers
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in commercial underwriting Previous experience supporting SBA loans (7a, 504, etc.) 5+ years of SBA originations underwriting experience preferred Thorough knowledge of SBA SOPs preferred University degree preferred
