A company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SaaS commercial contract negotiations including DPAs Oversee the intake, tracking, and reporting of legal agreements Enhance contract operations by designing a system for managing negotiated contracts at scale
Required Qualifications
Extensive legal experience, preferably with in-house counsel experience Expertise in negotiating complex customer contracts with a focus on favorable terms Familiarity with data privacy laws across the US, Canada, and Europe (GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.) Experience with legal-focused software applications for contract management Knowledge in other legal areas such as governance, employment, or intellectual property is beneficial
