Key Responsibilities
Provide risk-balanced legal advice on employment law issues, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee relations Lead all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, managing discovery and overseeing outside counsel Utilize AI and legal technology to enhance efficiency and contribute to the team's innovation strategy
Required Qualifications
J.D. from a recognized law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar 10+ years of employment law and litigation experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house roles Extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, including managing discovery and trial preparation Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and experience advising on international employment matters Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance legal operations and a strong understanding of emerging legal technology
