A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with Spanish preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members and third parties with inquiries and modifications related to consumer loan products Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and handle payoff requests accurately and timely Educate callers on loan processes and maintain detailed knowledge of consumer loan products and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience required Minimum of one year banking or financial experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer and phone operating skills; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute preferred
