A company is looking for a Director Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget execution Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, building strong relationships and managing expectations Lead implementation from mobilization through deployment, including resource planning, governance, and adherence to methodologies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles Strong experience managing and delivering complex projects, including planning and tracking Experience with SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday) High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability, with strong prioritization skills Business Spend Management experience is a plus
