A company is looking for a Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter who will underwrite loss mitigation applications in compliance with guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze loan applications to ensure compliance with Treasury, Company, and Investor guidelines Conduct Verification of Income (VOI) and calculate debt-to-income ratios Document final decisions and maintain compliance with required guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Four (4) plus years of underwriting experience or servicing/loss mitigation
