Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, architecture, and performance of enterprise data platforms and ensure data systems are scalable and aligned with business priorities Oversee the integration of data services into the software development lifecycle, delivering analytics and reporting capabilities for internal and external stakeholders Establish data governance standards and maintain data quality controls across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience leading data teams within or alongside software development lifecycles Proven experience in managing enterprise data platforms, including data lakes and warehouses Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions Experience establishing data governance frameworks and driving data quality improvements
