A company is looking for a Senior Risk Underwriter specializing in Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit comprehensive underwriting packages for workers' compensation coverage for PEO clients Ensure accurate assignment of workers' compensation class codes based on client operations and resolve discrepancies Manage daily employee underwriting processes and collaborate with internal teams for accurate risk profiling
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in workers' compensation risk and underwriting, preferably in a PEO or insurance company Strong understanding of workers' compensation, OSHA regulations, and claims reporting procedures Deep knowledge of PrismHR configuration and troubleshooting from a workers' comp perspective preferred Experience in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
