Partner with the Head of Growth to shape growth strategy and roadmap across various channels Own operational rigor for the Growth team by building processes and systems for improved efficiency Serve as the operational backbone of the Growth organization, translating strategy into actionable plans
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, BizOps, Strategy, Consulting, or Project/Program Management Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Exceptional project management and organizational skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams effectively Comfortable navigating both high-level strategy and detailed execution
