Key Responsibilities
Lead MRA data operations and ensure the integrity and quality of the data ecosystem Drive analytical insights and performance reporting for MRA programs Establish data governance standards and ensure audit readiness and compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7-10 years of experience in healthcare data, analytics, or data operations, specifically with Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment programs Experience managing data teams in regulated, audit-sensitive environments Proven partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical and finance teams Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent experience Preferred: Master's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, or related field
