A company is looking for a Pharmacy Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies to promote medication adherence Collaborate with patients to identify and remove barriers to medication adherence and coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies for prescription refills Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in training to enhance pharmacy workflows and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing patient outreach Ability to work any shift between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, with potential evening and Saturday coverage Proficient with call center platforms and electronic health records (EHR) platforms Must have access to reliable high-speed internet connection
