Key Responsibilities
Design and build analytical workbooks for evaluating portfolio performance and financial forecasting Perform scenario modeling for site decisions and lead Occupancy Performance Reviews Develop strategic real estate plans and reports to optimize organizational activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for data visualization Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools for portfolio analysis In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong organizational skills
