A company is looking for a Pension Risk Annuity Underwriting Specialist who will facilitate the onboarding of new institutional retirement income annuities.
Key Responsibilities
Gather annuitant data required for setting up annuitants in the administrative system for sold Pension Risk Transfer cases Conduct research to secure additional data necessary for benefit and pricing determinations Communicate with contract holders, brokers, and other sources regarding underwriting guidelines and decisions
Required Qualifications
Seasoned knowledge of retirement plans, products, design, administration, and regulatory requirements Ability to work independently and make decisions using sound reasoning Financial aptitude for understanding pricing strategies and their impact on financial results Bachelor's degree preferred or 4-7 years of annuity underwriting experience Must be able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
