A company is looking for a Remote Residential Mortgage Loss Mitigation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Perform loss mitigation analysis and audits on the servicing-retained portfolio Monitor and review the sub-servicer's loss mitigation pipeline and compliance Develop procedural manuals and training materials related to loss mitigation performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recent experience in the mortgage industry 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Default, including Loss Mitigation with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans 1+ years as a financial or business analyst with strong analytical skills Experience with MSP/Black Knight is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred
