A company is looking for a Commercial Mortgage Loan Closer, responsible for managing the coordination, documentation, and closing of commercial real estate loan investments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the timely receipt and analysis of due diligence items to meet closing timelines Review title insurance commitments and borrower formation documentation to ensure compliance and security for loans Execute the funding process, including finalizing loan documents and coordinating with escrow
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or equivalent experience with a financial institution, legal, or title company 2-3 years of experience in closing commercial real estate loans Background in real estate finance, title company, or legal field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High school diploma required
