MD Biostatistics Specialist

A company is looking for a Physician-Scientist (MD or equivalent) specializing in Biostatistics & ML Development for Medical Device AI.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead biostatistical plans for AI model development and clinical validation studies Build and maintain production-grade statistical software and data analysis tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate statistics into the SaMD lifecycle
Required Qualifications
MD degree (or equivalent clinical doctorate) with training or experience in Biostatistics or related fields Strong software development experience, particularly in Python and/or R Expertise in applied biostatistics for clinical research or AI/ML validation Ability to bridge clinical medicine with statistics and software engineering U.S. work authorization and location in the continental United States
