A company is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to support operational functions for the Producer Licensing and Appointment Team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows Manage producer off-boarding requests and deliver routine data reports Support departmental projects and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant work experience Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic General knowledge of the Producer/Broker role in selling products
