A company is looking for a Product Actuary / Associate Actuary - Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and launch of new employee benefits products, including pricing strategy Design and enhance actuarial models while ensuring compliance and transparency Collaborate with various departments to ensure products are compliant and operationally executable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) with 5 years of post-credential experience Minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience, specifically in product development and pricing Strong background in at least one group employee benefits product area Experience in collaborating with Product Management on product innovation
