Tax Director

A company is looking for a Tax Director to manage tax functions for a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and review year-end income tax provisions and prepare quarterly estimated tax provisions Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from federal and state agencies Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate intercompany balances and maintain internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 5+ years of public accounting experience or experience in a multinational corporate tax department Experience leading the Tax function of a multinational company with revenue exceeding $100M Strong background in US GAAP/ASC 740 accounting Technical research skills to address complex tax matters
