A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer I, a remote entry-level position focused on quality assurance in contractor estimates.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards Verify documentation and appropriate use of estimating software, ensuring proposed repairs align with construction standards Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors to obtain necessary corrections
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry or property adjusting Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly with estimating software Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of XactAnalysis and Xactimate Must complete WRT certification within two years Understanding of IICRC guidelines and industry standards
