A company is looking for a Loan Closer (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare preliminary title prep documents and review loan files for accuracy Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve issues in the closing process Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct final quality control reviews of closing documents
Required Qualifications
Current experience in a closer role in a broker or non-delegated correspondent environment 3+ years of experience in a mortgage role, preferably within Closing Proficiency in mortgage lending regulations related to closing and disclosure requirements Experience with multiple lender platforms and TPO Portals Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct
