Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key legal partner to Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams for new payments-related offerings Provide strategic legal guidance on launching payments products and programs globally Advise on regulatory requirements for product expansion into new jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
J.D. or equivalent with admission to practice law in the United States 10+ years of legal experience, particularly in payments, blockchain, and financial services Deep understanding of U.S. federal and state payments laws Experience advising product and engineering teams on legal requirements in payment network design Familiarity with financial institution partnerships and global banking institutions is preferred
