Analyze borrower financial information and assess key credit indicators Evaluate financing requests and structure Term Sheets Prepare underwriting summaries and credit memoranda for internal and lender review
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of relevant experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or nonprofit lending Strong financial statement analysis skills and ability to interpret nonprofit financials Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with Docusign, Salesforce, and lending origination systems Experience working with nonprofits or social enterprises is preferred
