A company is looking for a Director of Planning & Implementation, responsible for leading ERP transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization's ERP transformation Coordinate and drive successful execution of the ERP implementation across the enterprise Establish and manage initiative governance and ensure alignment across workstreams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of progressive experience in program management or transformation leadership Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise initiatives Demonstrated experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Management Office Experience partnering with external implementation vendors and consulting firms
