Mortgage Pre-Approval Specialist

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist to assist borrowers in the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by guiding borrowers through loan programs and documentation Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and structure Manage a pipeline of various loan types and assist in pre-underwriting items for approval
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
