A company is looking for a Lead Gas Trader.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the gas trading, scheduling, and balancing team Manage daily and intraday gas scheduling, optimizing transport and storage Design and implement a comprehensive gas hedging program and coordinate with risk management
Required Qualifications
12+ years of natural gas trading and scheduling experience Education in mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or business is preferred Extensive experience in volatile gas markets and proven expertise in NYMEX futures and options Strong understanding of pipeline constraints and operational risk management Experience in building new trading desks or platforms and managing teams
