A company is looking for a Remote Final QC Due Diligence Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Perform post-reunderwrite final QC reviews on loans, focusing on credit, compliance, collateral, and data integrity Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and missing documentation within loan files Ensure compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory guidelines, particularly TRID compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage experience in a secondary market due diligence underwriting environment 2+ years of experience performing due diligence QC reviews Experience with final QC audits of peer due diligence underwrites Strong knowledge of agency guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and FHA/VA and Non-QM products Hands-on experience with Laura Mac and Encompass
