Senior Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review a variety of agreements, including customer services and technology agreements Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and identify business risks associated with commercial terms Educate stakeholders on contract terms and support the evaluation of new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active bar license in at least one state 5-7+ years of relevant experience in transactional or contracts-based practice, preferably in digital health Experience managing customer and vendor relationships and presenting ideas to various organizational levels Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills for data collection, analysis, and synthesis
