Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple markets with full P&L ownership Ensure delivery of quality patient care and meet financial, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives Oversee staffing, performance improvement processes, and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of successful strategic operational leadership experience 7 years of experience in multi-region, multi-site clinical care/healthcare settings Experience managing a P&L of $100M+ top line revenue Board experience with presentation skills to key stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
