Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls and document customer requests while encouraging sales Assess customer needs, recommend insurance products, and complete applications Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and offer additional coverage
Required Qualifications and Education
Must obtain life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment Proven sales experience with strong closing skills in a sales-driven environment Ability to adapt and remain resilient in a fast-paced work environment Proficient computer skills for multitasking and troubleshooting in a remote setting Access to high-speed broadband internet with specified minimum speeds
