Key Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic development, underwriting, and management of the excess and surplus lines portfolio Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability and growth Lead and develop underwriting teams while building strong relationships with brokers and partners
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in E&S underwriting and portfolio management Strong background in underwriting complex and high-risk accounts Experience in driving profitable growth and managing portfolio performance metrics Ability to develop and execute strategic and operational plans Experience collaborating with actuarial and cross-functional teams
