Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their insurance coverage needs Conduct outbound calls for prospecting and follow-up outreach Build strong customer relationships and address basic account inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1 - 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience required Experience in Health, Dental, Vision, and ancillary sales preferred Active Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire Ability to navigate various software applications effectively Results-oriented individual with a focus on achieving sales success
