A company is looking for a Client Engagement Director (Medical Communications).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders Lead strategic planning and contribute to medical communications roadmaps aligned to brand objectives and scientific strategy Own financial health of assigned accounts including forecasting, margin management, and timely reconciliations and close-outs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process Advanced financial acumen including forecasting and profitability management Demonstrated people leadership and performance management capabilities
