Key Responsibilities
Run day-to-day integrity operations and enforce client integrity policies Improve operations by conducting root cause analyses and identifying areas of opportunity Triage escalations and manage project timelines while supporting new product launches
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of work experience in project management and operations support Proficient in data tools and advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus Experience with escalation management and working with cross-functional partners Prior experience with content or community moderation is preferred Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
