Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine debt settlement options Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads Educate clients on the debt settlement process and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement or a related field Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center technology Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
