Loss Mitigation Liaison

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I responsible for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delinquent mortgage loan borrowers during the loss mitigation process Answer borrower inquiries, document interactions, and assist in reviewing loss mitigation documents Communicate loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure options while adhering to compliance standards
Required Qualifications
A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone Excellent customer service skills Bachelor's degree preferred
