A company is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate in Underwriting for Real Estate Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in underwriting lending opportunities and conducting financial modeling and analysis Perform market research and due diligence to evaluate financing requests and maintain credit quality Facilitate loan closings and ensure timely updates of loan documentation and credit files
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate financial modeling Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Strong knowledge of finance and accounting Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for complex commercial real estate deals
