Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise AI and digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical care and operational goals Oversee the full lifecycle of AI product management, from ideation to deployment and optimization Manage change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership or healthcare technology 7-10+ years of experience in people leadership, managing managers and cross-functional teams Demonstrated experience in delivering AI-enabled products at enterprise scale Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and product-led technology strategy in regulated environments
