Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements in a security-driven environment Advise sales executives and stakeholders on security representations and contractual risk Translate cybersecurity risk into actionable legal guidance during customer negotiations
Required Qualifications
Experience as in-house counsel with a focus on cybersecurity or SaaS commercial law Strong understanding of security programs and compliance frameworks Ability to advise on tradeoffs between speed, security, and risk Practical mindset focused on enabling deals while maintaining trust Capability to work independently and manage complex deal flow
