Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the specialty loan servicing department, ensuring compliance and efficiency Lead, train, and supervise a team, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback Develop and implement operating plans and ensure compliance with loan regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required) 7 or more years of leadership experience managing teams and processes 5 or more years of experience in loan servicing or operations, focusing on specialized commercial loan structures 5 or more years of proven track record in managing specialty loan servicing processes Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency (Required)
