Key Responsibilities
Manage a strategic portfolio of programs to ensure executional discipline and milestone delivery Establish operating cadence and reporting frameworks in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team Act as a senior advisor, synthesizing insights and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in operations or leadership within emerging technology or robotics Proven track record of driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with executive accountability Deep strategic and analytical skills with experience in complex hardware-software systems Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; MBA or Master's preferred Strong executive presence and leadership skills capable of influencing at C-suite levels
