A company is looking for a Renewal Underwriter to provide customer service and manage renewal processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Review, remarket, and process renewal quotes while maintaining a retention rate of 75% annually Provide customer service to retail agents regarding renewal inquiries and train them on online rating systems Make outgoing renewal cancellation calls and track all renewals using the SUSPENSE system
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license in Texas Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred) 2-3 years of experience in Excess & Surplus (E&S) insurance required Intermediate to advanced computer skills Must be available to work overtime as required by workflow demands
